The Head chef is from a well trained Michelin star background and has an exceptional reputation for his culinary talent. Candidate Requirements for Chef de partie This would be a great opportunity for a Demi chef de partie looking to take his hers first Chef de partie position. You must come from a 3 rosette and Michelin star background. You must have a good solid background with at least 1-2 years experience within Michelin star as Cdp or Demi chef de partie.
