Must have previous experience and have basic hygiene 2 certificate. Having previous experience of food preparation and using four cup coffee machine would be an advantage. Duties will include taking orders preparing hot drinks preparing hot and cold food mainly sandwiches and cobs jacket potatoes and breakfast etc for customers eating in and taking away. You would also be responsible for keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean and hygienic at all times recording food information and temperatures and supplying the owner with food and non consumables for weekly orders. The position will include sometimes working alone and therefore you must be confident hard-working friendly and helpful and able to work under pressure at times references will be required. 20-25 hours Monday Friday some Saturdays. Salary £6 7.50 per hour.
