Junior Sous Chef 3 Rosette Nottinghamshire Leicestershire Border £20000 Plus Tips and Accommodation Junior Sous Chef required for this Luxury County House Hotel and Sporting Estate to work in the main kitchen under the recently promoted Head Chef who has a solid background and is keen to push on for 3 Rosettes and Ultimately a Michelin Star. As Junior Sous Chef you will need good all-round experience in 4-5 Star Hotels with Rosette fine dining for at least 4 5 years. If you can demonstrate a natural flair for cooking ideally with strengths in Larder Pastry and Sauce but must be overall enthusiastic and keen to help lead the team maintain and improve standards As Junior Sous Chef you will be expected to complete daily prep lists and supervise Chef De Parties and Commis Chefs and where possible assist with their training and development.
