Reporting to the Head Chef the ideal candidate will be hardworking and have experience of working in a commercial kitchen with a hands-on approach. Good organisation skills are required along with the ability to consistently produce a high quality of food service and presentation. A professional attitude to food hygiene and personal appearance. The kitchen is open from 11am-2.30pm and 4.30pm-10pm between 3 and 5 days a week. Any offer of employment is subject to satisfactory references from two previous employers. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK. This is a variable hours position at £6 per hour.
